Seeking self-motivated and passionate adults who thrive in an empowering work environment involving youth. Inspirations Academy Coaches work directly with students of mixed abilities ages 5-18, utilizing Inspirations Academy's customized lesson plans and resources to guide students as they explore various topics in interesting ways. Having an adaptive mindset, seeing the potential in others, and prioritizing positive and trusting relationships are key characteristics we are looking for in a Coach. Coaches will receive specialized training in our immersion learning approach, as well as positive behavior management techniques that will set them up to successfully guide students through meaningful learning experiences. 

Starting pay is $18/hour 

"Coach" workdays are 8:15-1:15 1-day, 3-days or 4-days per week during Inspirations Academy's program hours.

"Coaches" work 6 week sessions at a time Sep-May with 2 week breaks in between.

Position also includes a laptop and reduced IA tuition rates.

Inspirations Academy Substitute Coaches work directly with students of mixed abilities ages 5-18, utilizing Inspirations Academy's customized lesson plans and resources to guide students as they explore various topics in interesting ways. Having an adaptive mindset, ability to follow provided plans, good communication skills and a genuine love for working with youth are key characteristics we are looking for in a Substitute Coach. Substitute Coaches will be provided positive behavior management techniques that will set them up to successfully guide students through meaningful learning experiences. 

Starting pay is $14.23/hour 

"Substitute Coach" workdays are 8:15-1:15 Monday-Thursday during Inspirations Academy's program hours on an on-call basis
