Seeking self-motivated and passionate adults who thrive in an empowering work environment. Inspirations Academy Substitute Coaches work directly with students of mixed abilities ages 5-18, utilizing Inspirations Academy's customized lesson plans and resources to guide students as they explore various topics in interesting ways. Having an adaptive mindset, ability to follow provided plans, good communication skills and a genuine love for working with youth are key characteristics we are looking for in a Substitute Coach. Substitute Coaches will be provided positive behavior management techniques that will set them up to successfully guide students through meaningful learning experiences. 

Starting pay is $14.23/hour 

"Substitute Coach" workdays are 8:15-1:15 Monday-Thursday during Inspirations Academy's program hours on an on-call basis
